I purchased a ticket of jetlite flight which is showing in their website. But after 15 mins when I didn't received my ticket I call goibibo support team.They told that ticket wasn't confirm yet so they can't send the ticket to me.I asked them that how much time will be taken to solve this problem.They told max 2 to 3 hours. I called to jet lite to verify thet wheather they received my description or not. they told the ticket was in cancellation state.So I called goibibo again and told them these things after hearing it they told that these was not goibibo's fault this is the fault of jetlite and they promise me that they send back my money within maximum of 4 working days .After hearing this I told them to send it by mail.They send me the mail.After 3 working days I again called them they told that there is a backend problem so another 3 days would require to refund back my money.after 3 days I again call them they told 48 hours will be require to solve the back end problem.and after 48 hours when I called they told that another 48 hours will require to solve the problem.I purchased the ticket on 6 th december but still now I don't received my money back.
So what will I do now?
