I had booked roundtrip tickets for two persons from Cleartrip in Kingfisher Airlines on 31/10/2011 ID no 11103114466 and pain Rs 15800 through CITI BANK credit card and I opted for EMI option which cleartrip offered. I have cancelled one person returned ticket on 4/11/2011.Before cancellation i had a talk with cleartrip personel and he confirmed me that my EMI will continue and reversal amount will credit back to my CITI BANK credit card.
Today (20/12/2011) i received my credit card statement and Rs 3644 got reversed after deduction of cancellation charges.Without my knowledge they cancelled my EMI offer also and they did'nt inform when i was cancelling my ticket.
I had a talk with SHARDHA,SANJEEV employee of cleartrip and they are extremely hopeless insolving my problem and they clearly brushed the complain on the bank.
Now i am facing the burden of paying the whole amount in this month only so
I need a compensation from cleartrip for the hassel and agony for the false information.
Kindly do the needful
