    Dear Sir

    i have written a below mail to CEO of make my trip (deep kalra). request your intervention to get my due refund from the organisation.

    Dear Sir
    request your intervention in this case wherein i being a loyal customer to your organisation has been harrased to the core enabling me to cancel my trip which i have booked through Divye nanda-one of your travel sales executive,
    the itenary provided to me got changed thrice. i have given an advance of 20000 based on the itenarary provided by divye now when the same is to be finalised, changes are being made by your opeartions team.
    i was give a sea view chalet in berjaya langkawi and first world delux room in genting by divye nanda . later on when i paid an advance of 20000 the file got trasfered to operations team wherein akruti sehgal was the concerned person.
    i was told by akruti that there has been change imn rooms and hotels as due to chinese new year hotels got booked. i specifically mentioned to divye nanda that i require a sea view chalet in berjaya but your team gave me a partial sea view chalet and specifically mentioned on mail that sea view chalet is very costly . now they are trying to convince me that partial sea view chalet and sea view chalet is same.
    i have been following up for more than a month and your team is harrasing me to the core. i was recieving repeated calls from divye for the trip but as soon as i paid the advance no one called . i have to find out by calling your customer care who will be the concerned person then i came to know akruti sehgal would handle my case.
    Sir i have a simple case, i have paid you advance of Rs. 20000 as per the itenarary submitted by divye nanda. now when the itenaanry has been changed , i have the full right to get the refund from your organisation. your people are trying to harras me and bluntly telling me that i wont get any refund what so ever may be the case.
    I request your intervention sir. this this attitude of your staff was a surprise to me and was never expected. request you refer chain mails below .
    i need a refund of Rs. 20000 given as an advance on urgent basis.
