Highland Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd. I am a victim of Highland Holidays Homes Pvt. Ltd.. They took advantage of my wife's mental illness and sold her the membership. My wife is sufferring from "Meningitis Tuberculous" and was not in the condition to take financial decisions. They called her and informed that she has won a free gift and come to office to collect it. She went through a round of presentation by a group of people "as if they were trying to hypnotize". She was sold a membership of 25000/- for 3 years, which includes 6+6+6+15 days of free (definition unknown) bookings. When my wife tried to book a hotel in GOA and they said it's not available. she was offered a room in hyderabad in "The crown hotel" for a 1400/day as so called utility charges. When i called the hotel directly they offered the room for 1800 after all discounts. That means a saving of 400/day as a member of HHH. Lets do a simple math as per rates mentioned in the incident above....for 3 years you can book 6+6+6+15= 33 days, multiply by 400/day (savings as a member of HHH) 33><400=13200. But you paid 25000 at the time of membership so what happened to the remaining 11800/- (25000 - 13200 = 11800/-). So for 11800/- you get mental stress, you will feel cheated and will have to deal with the staff of Pune branch (Paramjeet-Manager) who doesn't know "C" of customer service, Extremely RUDE, put on longs holds without resolutions to your queries. This companies should be banned. 25000 is not a small amount and my wife is going through a mental stress day in and out because of them. Highland Holidays Homes Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible if anything happens to my wife.

Regarding your wife decision of financial decision you had come along with your wife and this was your mutual decision. We were providing you all the 3 destinations booking for the same date (Goa, Hyderabad & Mahabalipuram). You had provided the booking on 30th of Nov We had called you twice that is on1st Dec And 2 nd Dec for confirming your booking you did not call us back for confirmation as you said you will confirm as soon as possible.
The company is a reputed company and a well known company and running since past 16 yrs successfully.
Note: You have no right to comment on personal basis.

As per our telecon you never mentioned that the booking is available for Goa. As per confirmation received from you the booking is only available for Mahabalipuram. This is the first time you’ve mentioned that the booking is available in Goa.
I cannot confirm the booking unless and until you confirm the utility charges for Goa, send the details as soon as possible and I’ll confirm the booking.
I was not informed that the Goa facility is under construction therefore I am entitled to avail the services for Goa. If you cannot provide the Goa facility then arrange the same in some other 3 - 5 star hotels at the same cost.
Regarding stress: The fact is that we all are going through a lot of stress because the plan was sold on the basis of false promises. I know why you all lied because my wife informed your marketing reps that I am suffering from serious illness they made false promises in order to sell the program by hook or crook. Policy was modified, bonus bookings were confirmed, also I was informed if I am unable to avail the bookings in the span of 3 yrs then it can be extended for 2 more yrs.
Few examples:
- No one mentioned that the Goa and Lonavla facilities are under construction. I was told that on the day of booking (Friday) that you can go to Lonavla on the following weekend. Just call the M.G road office and they’ll the do the booking.
- You all informed that if you do the booking for hotels in the alliances then you need to pay nominal charges as utility. The Hyderabad incident was an eye opener for us when you offered a room for Rs.1400/- and hotel directly offered a room for Rs.1800/- (difference of Rs400/- ONLY)
Note: Kindly stop commanding people on what to comment and what not because I’ve shared my experience that I went through with you and your company. I am not the only one who is treated this way. I guess that’s the way you guys are trained to treat with customers. I‘ve paid money not you, so it is my right to provide feedback on your company and staff.

I am the latest victim. I paid Rs. 50,000/- in goa. and they asked to pay with credit card for EMI for 12 months, I paid them with my 2 cards Rs. 35,000/- From HDFC and Rs. 15,000/- from CitiBank, today I came to know that this amount is not converted into EMI, its in single transition. I want you to conver it to EMI or Return my money.

My recent experience with Highland Holidays Homes Pvt. Ltd..... I booked a hotel room for 3 days through HHH as a member and got a deal for Dona Alcina Resort in Candolim, GOA for 1140/ night for 3 days. I was very happy with the offer until i went online and did a random search for availability and charges in the same hotel through travelguru and got the rooms for 1140/night. Your company is fooling all the members by giving them such offers which are openly available for non-members as well. I want to know my benefits as a member of HHH or return my money.
