I booked a airlines ticket via using the clear-trip online web service on dated 1st Nov 2011 for the flight of Air India flight no AI864 for the date 29th Dec 2011 and trip id 1111015968 via my credit card.
I cancelled my ticket via online method on the date 4th Nov 2011.
I have requested the clear-trip to generate my RR no so that i can check my account whether i have received the refunded amount or not as i don't see the amount reflecting in my bank account statement.
For this i have called their customer care support on the no 022-41300300 several times and asked for the RR no. Every time i call those person they say that they need another 48 hr for the generation of the RR no as their system is not updated.
It is almost more than 1 week and i have still not got the RR no.
I need the RR no so that i can ask my bank people about the refunded money from the clear-trip and pay my bills.
Due to this i have been mentally harassed and i have to bear the late fees for the payment of my credit card payment.
I have even received the E-mail from the confirmation that the amount for the cancellation of my ticket shall reflect in my account in 3 to 14 working days.But still i can not see the refund amount in my statement.
