Hi,
I have booked easy cabs from bilekahalli to Majestic Railway Station on 13th of Nov ' 2011. I booked the cab in morning around 10-11 o'clock.
They booked the cab and we got message on mobile saying this is the reference number. Cab is suppose to pick us at 6PM in evening. When I called at 5 : 35PM to confirm at what time cab is coming , easy cabs people told that cab is cancelled due to some technical problems. We had luggage and now we were in problem how to go till railway station. We tried reaching our cabs but since we had only half an hour we didnt get any cab at last moment.
At last moment this people should not cancel the cab. If they had some technical problem they need to inform us atleast before 3-4 hours so that we can book other cab. We had aged people with us for travelling in cab. It created lot of problem for us that day.
