This is regarding the online ticket booking on kesineni travels website. I had booked a ticket on 28-Sep-2011 for the route of Hyderabad to Mumbai for 2 paxs. The total payment amount was Rs 2000. The booking reference number: BE0CF2.
The amount was deducted from my account. The confirmation mail about the amount deduction has been received from cc avenue (attached with this complaint).
Due to some issue, the ticket was NOT confirmed. I called the online help desk and i was informed that tickets are not confirmed so the amount will be refunded within 14 working days. For your journey you can book another ticket. Till date (16-Nov-2011) the amount is not refunded. I have been calling the help desk of kesineni since last 1 and half months. The complaint # lodged in their system is 35494 and 35492 (as i was informed). Every time i call again; i get the response that amount will be refunded in next 48 hours. I don't know when these 48 hours will be over. If kesineni officials are listening; then please do the needful and refund the amount of Rs 2000.
