I bought a holiday voucher from this company by Paying INR 3999 on 19 Dec 2010 through net banking on their site shptoday.co.in with booking ID 3615791035. I got one letter giving the promo code also but eversince there is no response when i want to do booking for any place . Their telephone numbers now do not exist nor do the site. How Can I refund my money from these cheats. Please advise.
