    Dear Mr. Hari,



    Please refer to the discussion I had with you over the phone yesterday in the matter of problem faced by us while visiting in your Package called “EXPERIENCE THAILAND ” from 6th Oct’11 to 10th Oct’11. We have landed at Bangkok airport on 6th Oct at about 4.30 A.M in the morning and after that we have spend about 2 hours at Airport including immigration and organizing the group. Real surprise started when we have been informed that Rooms at Pattaya will be available only at 2 P.M and we have been advised by your local representative to take our Breakfast and also the Lunch before proceeding to Hotel without completing our morning schedule and most important is that we could not sleep whole night because of the odd timing of the flight. It is really unthinkable and unbelievable that a Tour organiser can think in this manner.It was clearly mentioned in your Itinerary that upon arrival in Bangkok , we will be taken to Pattaya directly with early check-in. Next surprise is the standard of the Breakfast provided to us at Bangkok on way to Pattaya. It was of substandard quality and a punishment to us to have breakfast of that standard without having any rest .After lot of shouting, we have been dropped at Garden cliff Pattaya at about 10.30 A.M and we have to wait at Lobby of the hotel upto 2 P.M to get the room. In the mean time, we are getting impatience and some of the children in our group started feeling sick and uneasy. Another surprise waiting for us is the guide provided to us named as Batuknath and by no standard, he can be called a guide. He had a lot of contribution in spoiling our trip as he is not aware about anything in Thailand . At Pattaya Hotel, Mr Guide has created a mess in getting the room allotted to our group. Infact, in some cases, we use to guide him about the next event and venue. Another feather in the cap is the behaviour of the hotel staff at Garden Cliff. They were very rude in the reply it was not a 5 star hotel at all.



    We had such a bad experience in this tour which we have never experienced in our earlier tour with other company. It was not expected at all and it is my first and the last association with your group. On our way back from Pattaya to Bangkok , whole group was agreed not to visit Gem & Jewellary Shop. However, we have to spend about one and half hour unnecessarily at the shop which we do not want to visit.



    What we called sone pe suhaga that happened with me while departing from Bangkok . I have kept my balance money valued about Rs.70000/- in Indian rupees in a envelop and same was kept in my hand luggage. Said Luggage was subject to screening and also physical check-up by opening the bag before boarding. To my surprise, said envelop was missing from my hand luggage and incurred a huge loss on this account. I could not believe that when envelop was kept by me personally with care in hand luggage then how it can go missing. I suspect that something happen at the time of physical check-up prior to Boarding at Bangkok Airport .



    Overall, the said trip to Bangkok and Pattaya was horrible and arrangement made was totally unexpected from group of your standard.
