Makemytrip Not responding

    Default Makemytrip Not responding

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased an international flight ticket from makemytrip on 5th September 2011 from Kansas to Kolkata travel dates-24th Jan 2012 to 2nd Feb 2012. My booking id is NN252042023321. On 18/10/2011 makemytrip emailed a change in flight schedule where my 2nd connecting flight from Denver to Frankfurt was changed from 24th Jan 2012 to 23rd 2012. This is very strange as I will not be able to board the 2nd flight as the first flight is on 24th Jan2012. After this I have been following up with makemytrip for the past 2 weeks to take some action and give me a solution. I have also emailed them, but till date no one has replied and every time I call the call center executive tells me that they will call after 24 hours or 48 hours but no one calls. They say that airlines is not replying to them.

    Every week,however, I am getting a mail from makemytrip's id with change in flight schedules but they are not replying to my complaint mail.

    Kindly take some action as in the current scenario by Rs.60,000 lies wasted and now the ticket prices have gone up to Rs. 80,000 so I need some solution from makemytrip.
