I, Kaveri Singh had booked a ticket on 04th october 2011.The Booking details are as follows:

But the ticket from mumbai to bangalore was not booked and immediately i received a mail from your executive Rajesh, that the ticket was not booked due to some technical problem and my amount would be refund in 2 working days. However it is more than 26 days i have not received any refund in my credit card.When i try to contact travelchacha at 9999303030 i am getting lame assurances.I have contacted through mail and phone several times but no use.
