1) Planning to travel for honey moon to France on 4th November
2) Complete set of documents submitted on 25th September
3) Account Manager from Make My trip went on leave from 26th to 1st October
4) Prior to earlier request Now they wanted Employer's NOC in hard copy . This took 5 days (Including the time to courier)
5) Prior to their earlier demand of one wedding card now they wanted Marriage card from both the bride abd the grooms side (Another 3-4 days taken in this)
6) Their receptionist confirmed the receipt of these documents while the account manager denied.. Took me 1 day to coordinate between the two.
7) Now the problem is that VISA lies in doldrums because my fiance cannot go for the interview because we are getting married in 5 days time in Chandigarh.
8) There is a provision of interview waiver but after their slumber sleep Make my trip has now filed for it which in all likelyhood will be in vain. This is the first thing they should have done

My airline tickets+Hotels Bookings+Sightseeing Bookings and more importantly such an important occassion in my life will go down the drain.

I want to take these people to the consumer court for the same,
