    Default dishonest travel agent

    For Tikal, Guatemala, we made the mistake of making reservations through a travel agency that masquerades as the park office. Their web site is Tikalpark.com. The president of this agency is Carla Molina. Their prices are much higher than working directly with the hotels in Tikal.. And whereas the hotels have a generous cancellation policy, Carla Molina is much stricter. Shortly before the trip, our son and his wife found that they could not go with us. When we notified Carla Molina, she refused to return any of our money. Yet she canceled their hotel reservation and the hotel did not charge her any penalty. She kept our money and did not have to pay any of it to the hotel. There is a word for that - thief.

    One of the staff from Euro-Asia: jessica is very shit and irresponsible for her work, never responsible to her customers, very late to inform that have need to pay SGD$300/person for the urgent visa fee to Vietnam since she got our passports for more than a month ago. She never feeling any sorry and never take any responsiblity on this matter, she's the shame of travel industry in Singapore!

    One of the staff from Euro-Asia: jessica is very shit and irresponsible for her work, never responsible to her customers, very late to inform that have need to pay SGD$300/person for the urgent visa fee to Vietnam since she got our passports for more than a month ago. She never feeling any sorry and never take any responsiblity on this matter, she's the shame of travel industry in Singapore!
