Sir , I became member of Affordable Sales Pvt Ltd, Mail stop# 1023, Sky Loft Business Suites, 1sr Floor, Advant Navis Business Park#7, Sector142, Expressway, Noida-201301, India , ph no -0120-6182100, on 23-12-10 after lots of false promises done on the behalf of company by its Sales & Promotions Team executive Mr John -his Mob No- 09289152346,i payed them Rs7000/00(Seven thousand ) through my credit card , My membership No is - 666656248, sir it became my nightmare after i sent a request form -form no 1845 -on 6-06-2011 for a reservation ,they sent me a confirmation of receiving my request form on 5th JULY 11 , in spite of repeated request that please confirm my booking as soon as posible , as we are goverment servants we have to aply in our department for a foreign trip, they did not respond to my email ,on 19th July they sent me email stating that they will confirm my booking in nexr 48 hrs , on 26th July I sent them an email asking why they did not confirm it till now , on 1st August they asked me to inform how many people we are to travel although I had clearly mentioned it in their request form , On 2nd August I informed them through email that i do not want to continue with them and I want my money back , Sir they spoiled my family trip , Now neither they are refunding my money nor they are informing me what they are doing with my application .
sir i came to know that this is not my first case , they are cheating many people in the same way , i request you please take immediate action against them so that other people can not get cheated , i also request you that i do not want to continue with them further more ,so please order them to refund my total money i paid to them which is Rs-7000+ 750= 7750( Seven thousand seven hundred fifty only) ,
