Dear Sir

I took a tour to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore from "Ace1 World Tours". Though I
paid for self, wife and son (as child 2-12 yrs age), the services provided were only
for two adults (except air tickets). I want to know as to what action can I take
against them and how can I get the necessary refunds from them.
