I am having hard time sorting out things with this travel agent. I was shopping for tickets To india from USA back in july for my trip. And i had fixed an itenary with the travel agent on M airlines. she had blocked my tickets for $1199 per person. but in couple of days i came across that another airlines(CP) had the same route for $1075 per person on their website so i wanted to go ahead with this airline since it would save me lot of money as i was purchasing 3 tickets.So i called my travel agent and asked her to cancel my blocked itenary for M airlines saying i found better deal on CP. Immediately she quoted me a price of 1025$ per person on CP airlines...

I was tempted by that offer and decided to buy tickets from her. Asked her how to go ahead with the purchase,she said i have to deposit the money in her account as this is a special fare the airlines dont accept credit card...I dint want to lose this deal ,so without thinking much just deposited the amount and asked her how long it would take her to issue the ticket for which she replied 1-2 days. But after 1-2 days i dint hear back from her so i called her and she said same thing that in 1-2 days will issue your ticket but she never did for a week. Then i called her and blasted her and said i want my money back for which she finally got scared and immediately sent me an email with e-tickets...I called CP airlines and confirmed if the tickets were valid . And they verified the same.

Everything was ok for 2 weeks but then i had to call CP airlines to ask some details about my ticket and when provided my e-ticket number they said this is a voided ticket and this is not a valid ticket. i was really shocked and asked them to recheck because 2 weeks back they had verified the e-ticket number. They rechecked and told me this is a voided ticket number and this is not a valid ticket. So i called my travel agent and she refused to admit for few days she has cancelled the booking ....and now she is constantly playing the same game with me saying she will issue the tickets in 1-2 weeks and until now she has not done it. Even after repeatedly asking her to give my money back she is refusing to do it nor issuing my tickets. i have no access to my money and i am really worried. Also the airfares are going up like crazy as i am traveling during the peak time.Can anybody pls suggest how i should go about this issue? kindly reply ASAP.

I have booked accomodation for Vizag & Hyderabad from M/s Continental Tours & Travels and made full payment of Rs. 6000/- in the month of August. My visit is from 10th Oct to 17th Oct. Due to certain reasons, I cannot make the trip but the travel agent is refusing to pay back any money because the money receipt has NO CANCELLATION stamped on it. However, I was not told of this at the time of paying the full amount and my signature of acceptance is also not there on the money receipt. Can anything be done to get some money back?

I booked my travel for duration 14th arpil to 18th april .But due to some reason I caceled it.Now travel is not repaying my money

I booked ticked throught them on 16th of august 2012 flying from usa to london on 18th of august . i recived a weird e mail from them that make me suspected that something is wrong. so I went online and found a bunch bad complaint about them. so i took all of my money from the debit card in order for them not to be able to take my money. 5 days later on 21th of august they purchesd money from my card and make me go -460$. I called them, no answering, i called again no returning money. i calld my bank to do the claiming. nothing. so DO not flight with this company ever!!!!!!!!! Im sure I wont.
