Me and my wife attended Gold Star Hospitality programme on the 08-Aug-11 Gold Star Hospitality at B-61 (LGF),KALKAJI,NEW DELHI - 110019,where the salesman took 1000/- Rs.as a installment money for the membership of Country Club and Mountain Club for two years.On relying on the information we paid 1000 via cash and subsequently he gave us a receipt.

In some circumstance, we canceled the our membership and ask for the refund the money to the sales but he reply that the money is nonrefundable.
Sir, The sales man didn't mention in the meeting for the any kind of nonrefundable clause.
