Sub:Refund Of Amount for booking in valley Group of Houseboats.

Dear Madam

I booked four night stay in different hotels with you.

But really sorry to say that I had worst experience in ur booking of house boat
Golden Eagle.

I was informed that to & fro ride to house boat is free. But whenI checked out and
reached the shore I was asked to pay Rs100/- for the fare.

When I contacted ur agent at srinagar who informed me the name of House boat He also
did not cooperated.I Had to wait along with my Taxi for one hour at that spot for
which I had to pay extra to the driver for waiting.

The pillow covers were torn and the Bed sheets were not washed.

The break fast provided was only two Toasts and two cup of Tea .If that is the
breakfast provided by your group. Then God may save ur customers & You also.

Its really shameful on ur part that to earn extra commission from the customers You
r just cheating your customers.

You should refund my complete amount booked with valley group of house Boats. In
order to maintain ur reputation.

Failing which I will be compelled to ask for compensation for mental agony &
cheating in the Consumer court.

I am also forwarding cc to media channel awaj for appropriate action.

An Immediate action is requested.
