I alongwith my husband have been invited for the gift voucher for
4nights and 5days domestic package in Goldstar Hospitality (P) Ltd., Crown Interiors Branch, Faridabad on 11.08.11. There, we met Mr.Sunand Ji Jha, Sales Representative and he has offered us the Membership for Rs.1,46,000/- for 30 years for a family of 4 persons (2 Adults & 2 kids), which includes the following:
1. RCI Membership card,
2. Cottage accommodation in 5star for 3 weeks in a year (domestic &
international)
3. Rs.300/- to Rs.350 per day per person for breakfast & dinner,
4. heavy discounted air tickets, e.g. Rs.1,800/- for Goa return airfare
& 15 days Europe tour for Rs.70-80,000/- for a family of 4 persons
which includes Indian Driver with Car, Indian Cook, 5 star cottage
accommodation, food (breakfast & dinner) and return airfare.
We had paid Rs.5,000/- cash on the spot and Rs.24,000/- cash on
12.08.11 against membership and the rest amount we were told to give
after availing
1. 3 nights package in bhimtal & nainital
2. 7 nights package in Goa
3. 15 days Europe tour.
and if we get satisfied with the vacation availed, the rest of the payment in EMI option of 5 years will be given after completion of one year of our membership i.e. from August, 2012.
and if we donot get satisfied, we will get back Rs.15,000/- against
cancellation of our membership.
Thereafter, we decided to avail the package for Goa from 05.10.11 to 11.10.11. So, we sent the mail to Mr.Sunand Ji Jha on 12.08.11 for booking the above package including Accommodation, Meals & Air tickets. But, we did not get any response from his side. Then, I called up at their Customer Care Department and had a talk with Mr. Sachin, Customer Care Representative and forwarded the same mail for booking of Goa Package. He said that air tickets will not be provided at the rates mentioned above & he arranged a meeting on 20.08.11 at our residence.
On 20.08.11, Mr. Subhash Chandra, Head of Customer Care Department, Mr. Sachin, Customer Care Representative and Mr.Sunand Ji Jha, Sales Representative from Faridabad Branch had visited our place. While talking to them, Mr. Sunandji Jha denied for all the promises made with us. Then, we asked them for refund of our money i.e. Rs.30,000/- cash which was paid at the time of booking. On this, Mr. Subhash Chandra, Head of Customer Care Department told us that the refund will not be done in any case. Inspite of our several requests, he told us that against our money i.e. Rs.30,000/-, we can only avail the holiday for 2 weeks in RCI exchange, for which we have to pay Rs.6,200/- for availing per week & 4 nights in their property, which includes only & only accommodation & nothing else.
We have been cheated by Goldstar Hospitality (P) Ltd. They made false & fake commitments. We need our money back.
