Thread: Regarding APSRTC Ticket Cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam,



Recently APSRTC Launched the website for online ticket booking. The service is
usefull to book online ticket but the problem is I booked ticket and cancelled my
ticket from the apsrtc website.



It’s above one month I have cancelled my ticket still my money is not refunded in
to my account.



There is no contact for apsrtc to raise this issue. However, they provided the email
id for any refund issues in their website.



I mailed them two to three times but they are not responded to my mail and not taken
any action regarding this. I think this problem is there with every registered user.



Please take necessary action on this issue. Hope my money will be refunded with this
mail.



The below screen shots contains the date of ticket booking and cancellation date
with the refund details.

I booked the ticket using Online System. Money was deducted from my credit card but ticket was not booked. I mailed to the APSRTC so many times but they are not responding.Please tell me How to get my money Back.. Please find the details below.
