This is regarding we booking a ticket online on name of keren, and we are unable to cancel the ticket...we had booked one ticket online yesterday dated 27th december 2010, but it shows as booking not done...

I Booked ticket on 12Dec 2011 from Banaglore to Kadapaon APSRTC Service no.9267 for 30 Dec 2011. I got call from the APSRTC person on 30 Dec 2011 around 10 Am saying the service been cancelled and i can call the APSRTC Help desk to refund the mnoney. I raised complaint with APSRTC on 2-Jan-2012 and TIcket ID is 21712. and every week i am calling the customer care and there is no proper response. They have been telling some body will contact you within 24 Hours but no response andno refund.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently APSRTC Launched the website for online ticket booking. The service is
usefull to book online ticket but the problem is I booked ticket and cancelled my
ticket from the apsrtc website.


It’s nearly one month I have cancelled my ticket still my money is not refunded in
to my account.


There is no contact for apsrtc to raise this issue. However, they provided the email
id for any refund issues in their website.

I mailed them two to three times but they are not responded to my mail and not taken
any action regarding this. I think this problem is there with every registered user.

Please take necessary action on this issue. Hope my money will be refunded with this
mail.
