I had booked a stay as Camp Potters Hill Shimal from 1 May 2009 – 3rd May 2009 for INR 7000 package cost. I paid INR 3500 as advance payment for the same. A/c Name: Camp Potters Hill, A/c No. : 635305000206 ICICI Bank, Shimla NEFT Payment Confirmation Number is 853004 on 24th March 2009. Later i had to cancel my travel program and communicated the same to Camp Potter Hill (Mr Amit Bajaj) in April. As per refund policy of resort mentioned on website i am entitled for 100 % refund. I have been following up ever since for the refund but there has been no action from the resort. (Mr Amit Bajaj)
