I also do agree to all the claims above. I have paid 30,000 to gift my wife on my anniversary.They promised me hundred things like clubs,parlors,5years vacation etc and told me that lets us 10 days before when u plan to go for vacation.We did accordingly and then on the second day of the commitment given when i went to ask the same for Goa they refused me and told all the truth like u will get the card once u give the full amount.....the club is yet not done.........no parlor etc.....everything under construction etc.......i tried to get back back my money but they said it had never happened and we don't repay back the money........Can anybody suggest how to come out from this situation......we are really in a big problem.

Please note that on 08.02.2009 we attended Country Vacations Kolkata office after
getting a Phone Call as a Lucky Draw Winner. On that day in the meeting we were
offered various Holiday Plans by their representative & we decided to have SPA
Membership (Lowest Membership Fees amongst all) due to our financial constraint.

Now please note what was offered to us in this package....
1. Entry / Membership Fees Rs. 25000.00
2. Validity of the Membership 1(one) year.( Starting Date will be calculated from
the date of my Journey)
3. 10 Days Holiday Package.
4. Nos. of Members allowed 2+2 ( Two person + two child )
5. 30+30 SPA ( 30 sessions SPA for each person )
6. Five Star Accomodation / Stay Free.
7. Fooding Free ( Break Fast + Lunch + Dinner )
8. 6 Special Functions / Events Entry Pass.

On 17.03.2009 while giving our passport photographs as required for Membership Card
we have come to know that
1. Our Holidays are limited to only 2 (two) places & not all over india resorts,
which was not disclosed earlier at all in the meeting.
2. Our Free Foodings are very restricted one.

At that point of time we gave A written Complaint against the representatives Mr.
AMIT SAHA, & Person Concerned who ultimately Negotiated us is Mr. PRADEEP BIST to
Mr. SHRIDAR ( Customer Care Manager Mob:9007007727) regarding the fraud.

After many phone calls and e-mails Mr. Shridar ( Customer Care Manager
Mob:9007007727) agreed to revert my Membership Fees and return the Amount of Rs.
25000.00. But till date I have not received nothing and they don’t reply my mails at
all.

Please Help us to recover the Amount and do the needful.

Sir,
I am become member of country vacation at dated 20 Feb 2009. As per Discussion with CV team I paid total amount (1,78000) within three month.

As Oral discussion in contract day, they said that if you make member of this scheme you will get free 2BHK flat of 2000 Sq. ft from country vacation in Kolad (Alibaug) when you pay whole amount to vacation. they were showing us Photo of building where he mentioned gift flat. Then we agreed with this scheme and within few minute we signed the contract doc .Because as they said "what I have told you regarding the scheme all the same mentioned in contract doc". Then we believed on his statement and signed it. After we read contract doc and found that there are lot difference in rule as told them, other Guy and in contract document. Then we call to him now their were not agreed on statement what orally he told in first contract day like flat gift. As we found in document there is mentioned plot instead of Flat. second thing regarding yearly maintenance charge. One lady said that if you are unable to go on tour in this year then not need to paid charge for this year. But in document not mentioned like that. They have not given still any member ship card. I tried number of times to contact customer care Pune. Sometimes they are not pickup phone some one pick up and said our sir is busy we call you later. After that they never call me.
During payment period they are calling us three times during the day.

Then one day we visited Pune office regarding this but they are not agreed on this. we decided to cancel contract.
i tried to get back back my money but they said it had never happened and we don't repay back the money........Can anybody suggest how to come out from this situation......we are really in a big problem

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

in the month of september2007 my husband's brothe got a call from country vacations they told him that he won a lucky draw and you have to come to the country vacations office which is at KAKINADA, EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH nad they told him that he hsa to come to office along with his wife but he is unmarried he told them that on be half of him his brother and wife(i.e me and my husband)will come to the office.
and we went to office they told the features about them and the rules and regulations.
and in that lucky draw they told that we also win a site near to HYDERABAD.we think that it is a better offer and we want to join.and the site cost including the meembership Rs1,10,000/- only and we pay the intial payment as Rs10,000/- on 12-11-2007 and they gave us a contract no : CVA#10/0557 and in december (13-12-2007) we pay Rs 5,000/-
so we totally paid Rs15,000/-they told us we can pay the remaining amount in two years.
when we are joining they told us that we can get all the monthlies ,the event details which
are conducting in country vacations but we don't get any thing. the 2007's december payment was the last payment and we don't paid any amount .we want to quit from that
is there any sources to get back the Rs 15,000/-?
please tell me any solution.

I was not aware of all these cheatings.
Just the same thing happened as Luck Draw phone calls, and me and my wife attended their party and booked the 5 years_2Zing membership for 65000/- in Kolkata (Gajraj Chamber). We booked it by paying by debit card on 10.10.2009. after reading all these, I do not want to experiment their service. I want my fund back. Please somebody help me by writing to ananda_t83@hotmail.com .

Hey, Thankyou one and all for posting the fraud in this website. Just now I received a call from them informing me about the lucky draw (5 start accomodation, vacation in goa, srilanka, bla bla bla) and asked me to come along with my wife tomorrow.

I'm glad that I read about it from your guys now. I'm not going to them anymore. Better to prevent these people otherwise they will make us fall in their trap.

Thanks a lot for sharing this information to all of us. I just got the call from one of their office in kolkata....telling the same thing "i won a luck draw - one week holiday in Goa (5 Star Hotel) and i have to go and collect that gift with my wife and so on....

I have just checked it on Internet and got so many fraud cases against them. Now i won't go their office.

I also got the same message that u have been selected thru lucky draw and please attend our seminar & take your gift.

When i attented the seminar there were many other couples also.there peoples are trying to convince them.

I also deposied 10,000 RS. and on the next day only,i called them and said not to deposit that money in their country vaccation fund,but they don't angree.

Almost 7 months have passed out but,i still not get any reply from that side.

Can any one please help me out,wht should i do,to get my money back?

I too got the same phone call from some representative ...
Great tat you people have given some enlightenment about this crap ..
