hi all..i thank you people for sharing the information.I dont think therez a need to mention
that I am one of those who received 'LUCKY' calls from Country Vacations.btw am from Hyderabad.

i also got a call from country vacation regarding lucky draw and seminar at nagpur 14-01-2010 person name swati who is calling 0712 6602005, but thanks for all people who submit their complain. i save for make fool

what are all the guys doing if such vacations clubs are cheating ....????

i got a call from country vacations about lucky draw.. in dec 09 .... we went to get our free gifts only to fall prey to them... paid 95000/- for 5 year vacation plan that includes free lifetime membership and a free gift of microwave oven.... since it was a govt registered company .... we paid the money... till date we call the manager whom we paid and he is alwys busy... and neither did we get any cards or magazines or invitations... and the pune club they said was opening 5 of them but only 2 are there that too only with gym and restaurant.....

its high time now and i am fed up calling them... help me how to file a complaint against them ... i want my money back.... can we take the help of media ? to get awareness amoug people .... what measures can we take to get back our money... i will be greatfull to you please help me with a solution...

I want to log a formal complaint against Rajeev Reddy and country vacations for the systematic plan to cheat me and many like me.* To pay the price I have taken a loan and the bank is harassing me.* In case anything goes wrong with me I wil sue him and his company in the court as I believe in utter democracy.So all u people dont panic lets get to the court and against country vacations and if possible sue Mr Rajiv Reddy

Hi, i am from bhubaneswar.I am also chetated by country vacation members.once i received a call from cv people about lucky draw.They call us to their office on 10-10-2009.They vacumed our memory and we paid them 35 thosand.out of which we gave 20 thousand from hdfc credit card.they said there is no interest till 5 months of emi.but from 2nd emi we gave with interest.till now we have not got any card or anything else expect one bowl set.plz help us how to get back our money.how to file a complaint?i will be thankfull to you please help me with a solution...

This year, in Jan, I got a call from country vacations saying you have selected in Lucky draw. You have won two gifts. Come and collect them but do come with your wife. I went there with my wife. They asked us to attend the session going in one big room. There were other couples too. They were convincing the people about their membership plans. Unfortunately I am trapped in their false promises. I have made payment of 16000 and rest of the 23000, we agreed to pay by installment within one year (total of 39000/-). They promised so many things. Some are listed below.
1. You will get free lifetime membership of country club.
2. You will get vacations and club cards with in 45 days.(temporary cards within 48 hrs and permanent cards within 45 days on the clearance of first installment along with 30 massages and health cards).
3. You will get magazine and other offers each month.
4. You will be called for each and every event organized by country club in the city.

I have received temporary cards but that also when we revisited them personally after one week (not within 48 hrs). Even, whenever we made call to the executive named Mr Tausif, he never picked ofalse commitments made at Bangur call and and when we visited him at the office, he always made silly excuses for not picking up call and he never called back. After talking to his manager about his responses and behaviour, Ms Hawama, we got the temporary cards valid upto June 2010 and then we were told that we will get the permanent cards within 45 days. Two days back, I got the call from the customer care of Country vacation (Ms. Usha) within 48 days that our card has come with the 30 massage cards. But we can not get it until the whole amount is cleared till the end of this year. We were told by both Mr Tausif and Ms. Hawama that we will get the cards within 45 days of the clearance of first cheque, but both of them weasel out.

I have been trapped with the false promises. I just want to know and complain too as if this is the case of false promises in the starting, what should we expect later on???

I have not received any Vacation club cards too.

Never ever a single magazine or offers have been sent to me.

I personally visited the office so many times. They don't even bother to attend properly. They are just busy in making other people fool. This is really a big issue. Please look into this matter

I also received a similar type of call from Country vacations and also attended the same on 29th Jan 2010. The team tried to convience a lot to be a member but I felt something fissy and decived not to be trapped and left the place collecting 6pcs of Glass bowls as gift from them and a voucher stating 7 days accomodation at country club properties in 8 places. On reading the details I found if I choose the holiday at Mannali I will have to get registered by paying Rs.4000/-. Now after reading all above our friends complaints I have decided not to get anything Free or at a discount.

Few weeks back my uncle got a call from country vacations sayin that we have owm 3 gifts (Kitchen set,1week holiday vacation to srilanka/kulu manali,bla bla..and 3rd is 1 day enjoyment in their Begumpet country club,Hyd by using all the benefits @B'pet country club).Yesterday i got a call again from them sayin the same.So we thought it was real and went there with our family.We were taken into a big hall were several couple like us are there.An agent by name SRIDHAR called us,and there one more person sat his name is T.LAXMAN with phone no 8143458277 gave us an outstanding speech by which we all were flying on clouds,we offered 2 special prizes sayin that it was only for selected no. of couple like 116 the stupid laxman told us,and about those he explained for nearly 2 hrs.

The offers what he told us really excellent like life time membership GOLD CARD where we (2Adult,2 Children) can enjoy full benefits in their clubs all over INDIA like games(Swimming,YOGA,Squash courts,beauty parlour,auervedic spa,steam bath,sauna bath,snookers,billiards,,.....so many others),2 weeks holiday trip every year for 30 years over 96 places in INDIA,4000 places all over the world with 4-5 star accomodation in INDIA and 5-7 star accomodation all over the world and were tols that only fuel charges has to be paid if we go on our own to see local places or else that also not required if we go in group.And same old benifits there that we can use all benifits in those 5-7 star hotels for free of cost.

One more trap is that he told even after planning the trip if we fail to go they told us they will rent the accomation in the booked 5 star hotel and for that they will take 20% and we will be given 80% returns.We gift those to our relatives,friens etc,

Coming to shopping 10% discount on jwellery,on our daily consumings,clothes etc in 15 shopping malls in hyd.We can even trasfer the gold card membership to other cities if we move 2 other places and same benefits will carry over there also and there is no limit on members if we go on holiday package we take 18 people also for 10 days with the above said benefits in 5-7 star hotels.

They were so caring initially that we told them that our uncle got a call few weeks back saying the same and for that also they told us "don't worry sir, we will give that gift also but don't tell our manager about few weeks,tell him if he asks only today we got both the calls", with their affection i almost got trapped in their hands.

CASH PAYMENTS:
1) We have to pay only RS.4000/annum for maintenance charges if we book for world+INDIA(i.e.,4000 places all over the world & 96 places in INDIA) or Rs.1800/annum in case only in INDIA(i.e., 96 places).
2) Rs.1,98,000 for world+india benifits and for that 30% has to be paid then there and remaining amount we can pay with 0% interest with in 2years period or,
3) Rs.36000 if only INDIA,for which above said benefits like Gold card,holiday packages etc what ever i said above will cover.Initially we have to pay Rs.16000 and remaining with in 2 months.

one more thing is that in club benefits,for new year,krishnastami etc we will be given free entry passes life long,friend many more they told us,but i could remember only a few of them of which i have menctioned almost i remember.

Friends don't fall in their traps.Iam an IITmadras student,even then also i falled in their trap.

Initially yesterday i.e 4/02/2010,thursday my uncle,my wife,my mother told me and that agent that we don't want.But my foolish behaviour told him him that we will decide and tell after we go to home.Even i made all my family members to agree for Rs36000 offer and told that idiot T.Laxman with phone no.8143458277 that i want to join and i will pay the initial Rs.16000 tomorrow i.e on 5/2/2010.which is today.In the morning i called him and asked where to come,to our luck he told today was off for us and tomorrow i.e 6/2/2010, i will come to your place in secunderabad and collect your agreement and a bond will be signed between you and us for your safety.

After that i opened the net and just thought to see their rules and regulations.I just typed COUNTRY VACATIONS in google and found one website of theirs and thousands of complaints in consumer court.After which i called that waste fellow and told him that many complaints have registered in consumer court against COUNTRY VACATIONS.Then that idiot told me that country vacations is different from country club,again trying to trap me in.Then i scolded him and kept the phone down and thought that it would be useful if i put down my experience here so that it can save some more people from their trap.Yesterday they told that 15000 families got that gifts and i was shocked now how many of them will be trapped.

FRIENDS PLEASE I DON'T NO HOW BUT SOME ONE HAS TO STOP THIS BIG FRAUD COMPANY IN CHEATING MIDDLE CLASS,LOWER CLASS PEOPLE.EVERY ONE IS KEEPING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.THEY TOLD THAT THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS A COUSIN TO OUR EX CM DR.Rajasekhar Reddy,his name id Mr.Rajeev Reddy.I think that is also a false statement...

Even i got a cal saying i won some gift hampers its all just a joke and plz dont beeive all this things.......dont ever try to make this idiotic pranks......................u will be jailed..

We had the same experience yesterday (18 th Feb 2010 ) and they asked us to get my Grand parents as they have special offers to aged. When we went there, we came to know it was fraud and they had cheated us. One person called Sanjay (Ph: 9844572257) called us up and was very soft but when we went there we got a representative called Rekha who was so rude to elders and then they way she explained was un-ethical. Also the person called as Sanjay who called us is also a BIG CHEAT AND FRAUD Please be aware of this

We have very bad experiance and feel cheated by Country Vacation (I) Ltd.
Last year 27th September 2009 I got a call from country vacations saying you have
been selected in Lucky draw. You have won two gifts. Come and collect them
but do come with your husband. I went there with my HUSBAND. They asked us to
attend the session going in one big room. There were other couples too. They
were convincing the people about their membership plans. Unfortunately I am
trapped in their false promises. I have made payment of 155,000. They promised
so many things. Some are listed below.
1. You will get free lifetime membership of country club for you and your family.
2. You will get vacations and club cards with in 25 working day
I have not received any membership card so far. Followed up so many times. I
always get the same reply, Sir with in next 15 days you will get the same.
But those 15 days never get over.

I have not received any Vacation club cards too.



After making the payment they people dodging us. Every time some new person will attend
Your call and will tell you that he will call you back with detail within 10 minute. We wait for 30-40
Minute but we don’t receive return call or any feedback. When we call them again we receive standard answer that the person who has received the call is not available and we will call back as
Soon as the person arrive in the office.

I too got the same phone call from some representative on 19th feb'2010 and i was also interested in this membership but after all information that u given us is really helpful for us.
Great tat you people have given some enlightenment about this crap ..
