On the site its showing that they refunded the amount on 3rd June.
I mailed them many times and Mr. Bhupender Singh Rana from their office in Gurgaon replied once saying that they were sorry for the inconvenience
and promised that the amount will be refunded in 5 business days.It's already been 9 days and still they haven't refunded our money.Please help us.

Dear All,

Plz be careful if you are booking ticket through MakemyTrip.com & getting it cancel. I've cancelled my air ticket on 20/09/2011 (booking id : NF2110510120529) but it is more than a month they have not refunded my booking amount.
I've written several mails to them regardin g the same & everytime they are promising that amount will be refunded in next 5-7 working days.
