V boarded for mecca and medina(saudi arabia) through tyrewala travels on 19th of may from chennai

the travel agent(Mr.aasim) promised us a 3 star hotel near masjid ul haram(mecca) i.e. within 50 metres but v were given hotel nearly 1 km away and that hotel was really nasty

he also promised us our region food(idly dosa etc) but in that 15 days v got mostly chappathi all 3 times the day not even a single day v got our region food...v had to spend a lot on outside food...the most frustating was we were given salt water for drinking in medina...in medina v got breakfast of bread and omlet continuously for 4 days.

on the day of departure we were not provided food for entire day the organisers were merciless

while taking us for sight seeing in medina, there was no AC in bus

the top embrassment was on the day of departure we were left in domestic airport of jeddah instead of international airport and the bus incharges throwed our bags away from the bus without mercy and v had to catch a taxi for 250 riyaal (rs.3000) to travel to international airpot
