on 14th of April , I was trying to attempt booking on Travelchacha.com .But the website after the payment informed me that booking wasn't completed and showed me an error saying "Booking Id is invalid"
Later when I spoke to one of your supporting officials ,named Adarsh , told me that the refund would be made in 3 days .
today,even after several calls to the company, there is no sign of refund . Though I have received a refund on one of the reference no. given below < unsure of which ref no.is refunded , because of no notification given by the company via e-mail or by sms >
booking ref : ARWYJK and ARWYET
