I have booked package deal for swiss and Europe through MAKE MY TRIP.COM in their web site , their Representative from Chennai office came and collected documents passports and Rs 2,25000 for the package cost for two adults and a child for 6 days, on 2nd April 2010 , and date of package tour was given to me 12th MAY 2010 , but until 3 days before i heard nothing from them thus when i called their Chennai office repeatedly they said since your broking was done by web site we only acted to collect documents and money any quarries you have to call Delhi office.

on calling Delhi office they said your passport is with swiss consulate in mumbai for visa, then i cheeked up VFS site which handles visa application for swiss from Chennai region ,where the option of sms tracking of passport is available but on tracking with SMS i got reply that there is no details of the passport no, but everyday i kept on tracking and 4 days back i got reply the application is forwarded to consulate on 5th of may after more then a month of submission by me. As processing takes about a week how they can take risk of submitting at such close date of departure

And my depature was from delhi on 12th of may but till9th i had no idea of my passport the tracking kept on saying it is forwaded on 5th ,on 9th eve i get call from danish of make my trip delhi that i need to attend ineerview for visa
on 20th and thus next depature dates are from 9th of june 2011.

I said since schools will be reopened then, and my sons school (SBOIA SCHOOL ANNA NAGAR CHENNAI) are strict
on attendence you cancel the tour and return the passports , but they did not and also replied that

Since your flight tickets are issued & all your booking is reconfirmed , its now under 100% cancellation. Kindly let us know for further what to do.


How can i board the flight without passport and visa and how can they book hotels flight etc for a person who deos not have permission or visa to enter that country? now they say nothing will be refunded all money is gone if you
get visa and plan to travel later if any money is there it adjusted when u pay for the trip please forget this money.

Thou they collected money saying getting visa is thier head ache

1) why was passports submitted so late after one month i handed over to them

2) my passport is stamped with USA visa and lieing in mumbai swiss consulate and i cannot go to us also
and my hard earned money is stolen for no service and they refuse to return i am making police coplaint also here in chennai

Kindly help me to get my money of 2,25000 and my passports
