I had seen an offer online of 7 Nights and 8 Days for Rs. 7000/- by BAGITTODAY and made th request online. I was contacted by Mr. Jai Dixit who told me of all the details. He promised that he will personally take care of all my requirements even relax certain rules when I mentioned that I am Defence service personnel in that he promised that where two destinations and two sets of dates are required to be filled in the voucher, the first destination and the first set of dates will be offered. He went on to give even his personal mobile number (09871303635) and with further assurance made me buy a combo offer for Rs. 14, 000/-. I sent my first voucher in March 2012 (Booking ID : 1013660523) on 21 March 2012 which has been cofirmed as received on 31 March 2012 as per their computer data. But, more than a month later and many phone calls to their call centre number (0120-6182100) and many e-mails later to their e-mail ID (bmh@affordablesalespromotions.com) I have received no confirmation yet which is promised by the offer to reach me in 3 working days. Also, personal calls to Mr. Jai Dixit and mails to his personal ID (jaidixit844@gmail.com) yeilded no results with once in a while sms from him always claiming that he is out of delhi and sometimes attending a funeral. Now, my first set of date for vaction is also gone by and I am now assured that I have been cheated. Also, under the referral scheme I was told I have won an I-ball mobile which I have been repeatedly assured is being despatched but that not happened so far. In addition Rs. 750/ draft has been sent for the booking of the first offer. I have also noticed several complaints online with regards to the similar offer by BAGITITODAY and also against Mr. Jai Dixit. Please take necessary action both against the company and Mr. Jai Dixit and do keep me posted on the progress.
