I got the same call from Royal Vacation Club .
I hope after reading the information seems all is fake.

This will be only one time payment for lifetime membership and you don’t have to pay anything in future. There will be no annual renewal fees. Once we receive your membership fees along with application form duly filled and signed by you we will send all your required document as soon as possible. Please find the attached application form.

Unlimited Quality Holiday Accommodation in future

To register:
Please fill out registration form (in block capitals) - Sign and date the forms. Pay directly the membership fees of Rs 13332/ in favour of Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt Ltd into our HDFC Bank account at Calangute Goa account number 12562320000144 or our Bank of Baroda account also at Calangute Goa account number 07580200000625 and scan me the bank pay receipt along with the application form on the same or fax me on 08322282383.And send me the original forms by courier. After posting this complaint I forwarded the link to this complaint to the royal goan club and below is the response that I got from them.

Reiterating what was discussed on the call:

"When the sales executive of your company first approached me, I was told that your company need to sell a holidays plan to your customer urgently and for that you want me to sell my country vacation holidays to your company. In return your company will pay me 50000 Rs (fifty thousand rupees). Then I was told that I need to be member of your company to be able to do this transaction, and for that I need to pay your company Rs. 13332/- as membership fees.

I agreed to the deal and transferred an amount of 13332/- to your company's account and have been waiting for the DD of 50000/- INR Rs. since then.

From my side I need to send the hard copy of the scans(membership application form) to you.

I will do this only if your company sends me an assurance letter that I will be given a DD of 50000/- as promised by your executive.

As per the call today with Pooja I need to wait for 4 more days to get the assurance letter.

I will wait for call on 9th March for the same.

Please tell me if this company is fraud for sure and we should not trust them.

Hey guys thanks for filing this complaint. I also got the same call as mentioned above, but when I found this page, then I realised that its fake. I have already lost my money in country club membership. So instead of scolding them, I am just making fun of them saying I will transfer money, bank was closed etc. etc then one last time I will scold and then take revenge.

I got a similar call from them, someone by the name of alisha. All the other details are the same as everyone else's. Thankfully i was saved because my uncle warned me and asked me to google their name to check their credentials otherwise even i would have been duped. But i would like to know if they have been black listed or not and if any action has been taken against them?

i had received call from their executive saying that we have client who is ready to pay you 50,000. for your remaining holidays but before that you should pay 13300/-rs as our membership fees. with in 2 days i had paid that amount but since then i haven't received any reply.whenever i tried calling them they never replied.

i feel i have been cheated.if any one can help me in this case i will be obliged to him/her.

as read in this thread even me and my wife received a call from royal goan vacation club for purchasing our balance/ unutilised country club vacation, we were requested to deposit rs 13332 as life membership and they would encash our 7 days leave for rs. 50000. but now after depositing the life membership they are not at all responding and now after reading here we are sure that even we are cheated just as country vacation has cheated us, they all are cheat under the name of vacations and i presume they have protection from the goverment and hence they are fooling people like us

We received a call from Sandra Lobo and lot of follow-up right until we paid for 10 month membership and then they disappeared into thin air.

The inquires number they have on their email 0832-6513352 is also diverted to the receptionist. IF they do answer that line by mistake, they respond saying, they will have the representative call back, which they obvious don't.

If anyone knows a way around to getting their money back or if anyone is looking to file a compliant in consumer court, there are many other people who were taken in and am sure will like to be a part of it.

This bloody Royal Vacation Club is a big cheater Company.They do not have any any ethics or atleast the minimal sense of responding to customers queries.They act as if it is their right to cheat people.I had paid Rs 6332 towards the membership and i was told that my country club membership would be rented for some Rs 60000 odd..Ever since I paid the money,these bloody buggers have not at all responded.Though I have sent all the originals membership application forms to them,these guys do not have the minimum courtesy of acknowledging and responding.
Such cheaters/loafers should be put behind the bars forever until they understand what does a pain look like.
Is there any way to lodge a police complaint against them???

I too have been cheated by this fraudalent company Royal Vacation Club, Goa,just now. A woman by the name of Natasha D'Souza (which I'm sure now is a fake name) called to say that I would receive a rental of Rs.70,000/- for my resort in Goa and urged me to pay Rs. 13,332/- immediately, which I did. I paid them Rs.13,332/-, on 18th November, 2011 thru their Bank of Baroda Account, Calangute Branch, Goa. Till today, they don't take my calls neither response to any of my emails. I urge the Consumer Court to freeze their a/cs in Bank of Baroda, and HDFC Bank, both in Calangute, Goa. I've got all copies of their correspondence with me and will take them to task as I am from Goa and will be going to Goa tomorrow. In the meanwhile I urge the Consumer Court to freeze all their bank accounts in Calangute Branch and recover all the cheated people's hard earned money.

I have also been cheated in the same way, they are cheating the public very openly by having bank accounts and phone numbers. I request the consumber court to take action on this fradulant company. Several executives are following up for payment (i had interaction with NATASHA, TANUJA, & MELISHA ) I doubt whether these are their original names. After making payment when trying to call the numbers another lady is receiving and asking the caller name saying message will be forwarded to concerned. But nobody will call back. It seems this is well organised cheating company.

I also got a call from Roayal Club that to become a member with 13000/- and I will get a DD of 50000/- by renting out my Country Club holidays. I filled the amount and I got the receipt but not got any DD. Now when I am calling them they are telling that they are looking for the customers and it will take time to renout my holidays. They cheated me.

Its a fraud company, beware of such calls.
