The commitment by them was to provide 7n/8d 5 star accomodation at different destinations in across globe from [COLOR=#009900 !important]the list[/COLOR] of resorts which they sent me an email during [COLOR=#009900 !important]booking[/COLOR]. While now i want to take a benefit from it, i called [COLOR=#009900 !important]customer care[/COLOR] to book a room at my fav resort. Executive says those resorts are no more tie up with them and disconnecting call frequently. i have been calling them from past 2 months and upon listening my name they will disconnect my call. Kindly help me out with this issue. I sincerely request in you to get my money refunded from them.

I took 3 holiday vouchers of Rs. 5998 from Bag it today in Feb 2012 (Order IDs is: 777796266R, 777796269 and 777796270). Each voucher had a 4 day / 5 nights stay in 90 Indian destinations as promised by this India Today Group company

I wanted to use one of these packages and as required I had couriered the booking form on 27th July 2012 filling the choice of 3 destinations and 2 alternate dates along with a DD of Rs.450. I got a reply from them on email on 6th August 2012 that the dates are not available hence requested me to give some other alternate dates. When I replied to them that they can give me dates for any weekend in the next 6 months (till the validity period) on 14th Aug 2012 I did not get a reply from them till date.

I tried to call them regarding this, I never get the line. It automatically gets disconnected after every 1:50 min. I e-mailed them but to no avail. Kindly help if you can do anything or i shall go for legal actions as required. I want the refund for all the 3 packages now as this experience has left me with a bitter taste and now i feel CHEATED.

We have bought a holiday deal from Book My Holiday in Feb2012. The plan cost 6000/- which was suppsed to be for 4N/5D for 4 adults. We made the payment and received the booklet. Since then, anytime we call the customer care number.. they disconnect the call aftr some time. We tried reaching them to find out the list of available hotels on 2nd Oct 2012. but they insisted that we first send them a DD of 550/- along with the form, only then can they provide us the information.
We did send the DD and also received the confirmation from Blue Dart courier that it has been delivered and received by Bablu on 11th Sep2012. I have been trying to reach them since 13th Sep 2012 but they kept on insisting that they havent received the courier!!! When I offered to give the Airway Bill number and asked him to recheck, he disconnected the call and since then they have been not receiving my calls.

Please let me know how can we get a compensation of the amount lost. Also would request Consumer court to please take action against them and close down this fraud company.

After I received their receipt for the booking, tried reaching their customer care to book my hotel rooms,but they insisted I send a DD of 550/-, without which they cant provide any hotel availability details. I couried them a DD ( number:016326) along with our ID proof and booking form with the desired destination and dates.
The courier was delivered to them on 11th Sep2012, through Blue Dart Airway Bill number 13705300405. I tried reaching them again on 13th,15th Sep and 16th Sep, but they kept on insisting that the courier hasnt been delivered yet.They have openly charged me that I am lying and I havent sent any DD!!!

I dont understand how can a company openly cheat people like this month after month and no one takes action against them?? They disconnect the call as and when they wish and then dont pick our calls when they recognise our number.
I would like to cancel my booking, and get a entire refund whatever I have spent. I am already hurt by the way they have been lying and treating us inspite of us agreeing to every demand of theirs.

Seems like I am just adding another incident in the queue of scam.
I was offered by Bag it today team a holiday package offer worth Rs.5998 each. I was offered a blackberry phone along with a Dell laptop as a special member offer.
Bag it todayoffered me the same if I buy 3 vouchers.
Bag it today provided me the gift vouchers but they have been postponing my gift daily with a new excuses every day.

I want to know what is the process to lodge legal complain against these fraud so that they do not play with sentiments.I will be lodging complain in physical consumer court.
Primarily please suggest How i can get my money back.

My friend had suggested my name to become a member of Book My Holidays (Bag It Today).

I received a call from them & they explained me about their membership & benefits.

I was happy with the scheme & registered myself being a member with them by paying Rs. 6000 by my Credit Card.

As per the scheme, the booking request was to be made 30 - 45 days in advance (30 Days of
Advance Notice when booking within India and 45 Days of Advance Notice when
booking abroad).

I tried doing it but got no confirmation from the Bag It Today group.
I also called on their Customer Services no.: + 91 120- 6182100, but every time I was asked to try again on one excuse or another and they did not have any answer on the status of my request. Lately, when I was trying to extend the date of my package due to their deficiencies, they have even stopped responding to the phone calls.

This is not expected from a company that is a part of the India Today Group. At least the money should be returned back if they are not able to fulfill their commitments.
Strict action should be taken and the culprits should be send behind bars.

I am really frustrated calling & emailing them, with no response from their end. I would request you to please take strict action against them & see to it that they do not make other innocent citizens of India fall prey to their devious methods of cheating people with false information.

I was referred about Book My Holidays (Bag It Today) by their representive Amit(+917503636051) through call who had offered me the scheme ( booking date : 23rd November, 2012).
Amit told me that on booking two holiday packages ( Rs 5998 + Rs 5998) I will be getting sure free gifts like Gifts: Dell inspiron 15r 15.6inches Laptop and Blackberry 9810 Mobile.
I was happy with the scheme & ordered two holiday packages (1018222996 and 1018223010) through my credit card.
I got the verification call from Supriya(+91 12045313000) on 24th November, 2012 evening explaining the terms and conditions and when I asked her regarding the free gifts she told no such free gifts are included then I ask her to cancel my orders.
I have emailed at response@bagittoday.com so many times but there is no proper reply from their end.
After calling so many times on Customer Services: + 91 120- 4112424, I have registered two complaints against two order for cancellation and refunding.
Please help me how can I get my amount refunded.

I would like to describe a set of events that happened from the time one of the executive from bookmyholiday approached through bagittoday on call to sell the package.

1) as a promotional package worth of 7000 rs + 750 rs (while redeeming the package) + expenses for courier in nov 2011.

2) while selling package gave all assurances that redeeming the package will be a very easy process and have to intimate before 10 days.

3) after I bought the package I received a booklet stating all the rules with a clause that once sold cannot be refunded but will provide the service with at most sincerity in dec 2011 with 1 year validity.

4) I sent the courier in aug 2011 which came back as the office address had been changed, which was not intimated to me.

5) approached them to to redeem my package in sep 2012, but was denied saying that policy would require 2 destinations and 2 dates for each destination.

6) sent them with 2 destinations and 2 dates and choice of priority clearly to them for sep 2012 and dec 2013, but was sent back as in nov 2012 1st week the booking will open.

7) one of the executive said as the validity will expire in dec hence they will extend the package till feb 2013.

10) during all this time I had constantly been following up with them through calls and mails and the worst thing is that they never listen to what I want to convey and disconnect the calls as soon as they convey there message.

11) I kept on requesting them for appropriate response and each time they have came with excuses.

12) most of times these calls are going to ivr waiting and get dropped automatically after some time os waiting period.

14) wheni call bag it today to complaint they ask me to send the chain of mails to bag@1touchsolutions.Com which is bouncing and when I asked the same to the executive she says they cannot do any thing.

15) anyway I am already cheated by these people but will make sure that they will be pulled in court for justice.

Please help me if any one has already gone through same problem and the approach that we can take.

After lots of call they convinced me to get it. Finally I was interested to one package but mr.Abhishek(executive bagittoday) said that they are presently having combo offers and said they they offering dell mini laptop as promotion as a assured gift and convinced me to take 2packages. Everything was fine till the response was very good after a week I received the voucher book but not the laptop but still I was happy for getting this good package even after being cheated mr.Abhishek.Finaly I decided to use the package I called book my holiday on nov 4th 2012 phno:0120 6182100 they said me to mail the scan copy of the voucher request form and mailed them the copy I requested for the accommodation on 26th jan 2013 I waited for 3days and I didn't get any kind of response and again called to their number on 8th nov they said that they will conform with in 24hrs but that day never came I was kept calling every day till the end of november I never received any response I must have called 50times and almost 30mails but I never got any response from them and finally on 30th nov 12 they said that booking was full and no more bookings for jan13 I was fed up with their reply's even after sending the booking form 2months before they wer not able to provide me the booking they said many reasons and convinced me and said me to re plan my holiday as per their instructions so I decided to replan it for feb13 I have canceled all our train tickets.I called them on 2nd dec to conform the accommodation they said that they dont have chart for the month of feb13 and asked me to call me after 1st week december the same message even I received by mail from book my holidays.I was quiet and again after 1st week of december I called them they said that IMM gonna get a call from them within 48hours but I didnt receive any call again I called them the call use to disconnect without any answer it happened continuously for 3days I was fed up calling them and mailed them after few days I got a call from them saying that booking chart will be available after 15th dec again I agreed for after 15th of dec IM calling and mailing them daily but still I didn't got any response from them I was patient for these many days but I totally lost my patience now.It was my hard earned money I want all the money back of my 2pacakages that is 5998*2+450*2=12896.Friends please see all the reviews before purchasing holiday packages from bagittoday its all cheating and fraud nothing is true about their product.They are cheating consumers.If some one had the same experience join me we all will fight legally for justice
