The same happened with me at country vacation Gurgaon center.
I made a payment of 15000 and the next day when i try to call up the hydbad office , nobody picks up the phone. I tried searching for its review on mouthshut.com and other sites, every where I found similar complaints from the customers, this is when I knew that i have lost 15000 to these cheaters. The agreement says that I can refunded 20% of the amount on cancellation. but even cancellation is not easy here.
You keep calling them 100 times and they will have a 100 excuses. I lost my temper a few times but they kept ignoring.
they asked me to write an email for cancellation. I did that , and then kept following . they say it will be approved from hydbad, and it takes time blah blah..
today he said, it is approved but the DD has to coem from hyderabad and it will take another 2 days. I said if after 2 days if u have any other excuse , it will be a problem for you. I am going to file an FIR against them v soon , if they dont refund my money.

I, myself Mr shivender Nandal , Club Mahindra Holidays Membership No- 1433815, would like to request you kindly do something fraud Club Mahindra Holidays Membership Agents.i got my membership from DT mega mall SHOP NO:124.Once i rang to cancel my membership, the owner was rash and rude.

1.They are employing their agents to grab money from people with their trained wicked schemes.
Its almost 1 year of my cancellation of my membership but till date my money worth rs 15000 has not been refunded to date.
My cancellation id is 14023.
So i think the last thing i am going to do file law suit against CLUB MAHINDRA.

Club mahindra is doing frauds continiously. They are demonstrating membership hiding few costs and other details like they will tell you the 5000 rs shopper stop gift voucher but that is not applicable after paying the 10% of downpayment.

They are not also refunding the money if a member wants to cancel his/her membership. They are doing frauds, beaware of them.

I have register with club mahindra and paid the down payment of Rs.25,500/-.
But soon I realise that this high claims by their sales executive will never be come true so applied for termination within 10 days as per their terms and condition, but the same was denied saying that under my scheme there is no clause for termination.

But in the application form it is clearly mention that there is 10 days termination clause which I have fulfill. I also have the proof that termination is within 10 days time limit.
I have recorded the telephone conversation whereby they (Club Mahindra) accepts that application for termination has been done within time limit
Pls help me to get my hard earn money back.

Guys just contact your lawyer and send a notice to these frauds and see how within 7 days you will get refund

I was cheated twice by their executives i was a big fool to believe them,first when i took a member ship in Chennai and paid 11,000/- and there was three ECS that was run lated when i was leaving Chennai to bangalore i walked to their office requesting to transfer my membership and the ECS to Bangalore were i was settling down,they promised every thing will be done and taken care,i did trust them and later after settling down in Bangalore nothing happened,when called the Bangalore i was directed to Chennai stating nothing that they can do,later when called to Chennai they would say its in process and a request has been taken down,after calling them a number of time was really fed up and left the issue to its fate.
After Three years i write a mail to Chennai asking on teh status they claims i needs to take a fresh member ship and the amount paid will be adjusted towards my EMI,like a fool i take a membership in Bangalore paying 21,000 to one My Vinodh Mathew an executive of Club Mahindra who promises of resolving all the pending issue and will adjust my money that there with them for more than Four years back to my current member ship,the same story after paying the money again.
But this time the fraud has taken a step ahead Mr Mathew has initiate the ECS with out even consulting me and not even with my authority on sining the ECS papers,later when called him and spoke about my membership was given a solid runaround again into the same shit like before,time went on no news as my money was stuck no one even responded for the 37,000/- that was lying down with them.

Later on the 20th of May 2010 i walk into their office on Millers road which was initially in Cunningham Road Bangalore asking whats was wrong spoke to a client relation Manager by Name Sundeep and to a collections Manager after explaining the whole story,they has asked to pen down an application in detail whatever happened,gave a detailed application and got a copy acknowledged and told that it will be forwarded it to the Branch Manager and will get a call back in the next 48 hrs,no news when i call back ad spoke to him he simply told that his Sales person will get back and refused to give the cell number of Mr Vinodh Mathew who is a big fraud who dealt with my member ship initially,when put pressure he suddenly came up saying he has the cell number on his email he replied and gave the number,tried call Mr Mathew no response he did not even answer the call there stands the story with them.

Still Waiting to see till where they can you for a ride have got sufficient documentation to get them penalized,waiting for a good chance.

This is just the start will ensure that this reaches Mr Anand Mahindra at his corporate office in Mumbai and would surely take to his notice there are culprits cheating people under the Big Brand name

Its not a complaint. I was looking for the price for Club Mahindra membership, when I stumbled on this forum. I have decided to learn from others' mistakes, and keep my money with myself.
I am sorry you are suffering at their hands.

Iam also wanted to be a member of club mahindra but after reading ur complants I have decided against it. These people are bigger terorrist then Al Quaida or Talibaan. Iam feeling very lucky that iam not caught in their net.But i have full sympathy with u all dont sit back give them the taste of their own medicine be united and take leagle action against them these f****** system.

Even i was interested in taking the membership but decided to just check a Google search on there service levels, Fortunately I have hit so many links which are more worrying then speaking about there service quality. Hence i have decided to keep my plans to myself

Dear Sir,
Its very unfortunate that a organisation Club Mahindra is having such customer unfriendly terms and conditions,first of all there services does not meets the promises which there sales people tells to customers actualy they arebmisleading common man ,second they are not having robust and fair customer grievance,Iam my self a club mahindra member and has already submitted cancellation for my member Id -1825162,but Iam not sure if I will get fair treatment and my money will be refunded.
