Thanks a lot for all the concerns raised. I am a frequent traveler and was thinking of taking this membership. But after your experience, i can see there is no point making this mistake. Even their Member relation officer also has only one answer to all the queries posted in this post, that pls send an e mail to her ID. I really dont think service industry woorks this way. They need to understand that the customer satisfaction is the utmost important thing, otherwise they will not survive.
