Hi,
I booked air tickets from bhubaneswar to hyderabad on 26th March for 2
persons from coxs and kings travel.
Due to some error in page the ticket was not booked but the amount(Rs
4644) got deducted from my account.
I called the customer care executive and they said that the money will be
refunded through demand draft.Everytime I call them they say they will
escalate the matter to the higher officials.It has been a month and till
now I havenot got any kind of response from them.
Can I file a case against them?
