Dear sir,

I had booked my travel package from delhi to srinagar for 30Dec2010 to 2 Jan 2011 through Make My trip. I had also booked air ticket from Delhi to Srinagar on 30 Dec 2010. But due to Snow falling my flight got cancelled. Because of this I was unable to avail this package. When i called them to refund the package they denied my request of refund by saying that it is a non refundable package. I also told them to reschedule the package they denied for this also.

I had called consumer forum on 3 jan 2011 and logged a complaint [Complaint number 255941 ]. They told me to send a letter by speed post to VP Operations of Make My Trip. Once they revert then give us a call.

Till today i didn't get any reply from Make My Trip.

Now please guide me hat should i do to get the refund.
