Hello Friends,

At the time booking they had listed all nice holidays in the website, when i planned to book the holiday and revisited on holidays list...for my surprise they have removed those hotel names from the site for what i have booked this holiday.
My destination was Coorg Orange county is the property name. This was removed.
When i called customer care and asked to cancel my order then they denied saying that it cannot be cancelled.
Hope less from India today...please take some action against them

Dear Sir,

An attractive offer of 7 Nights/ 8 days stay of Holiday booking was offered to me by the company and after receiving a payment of Rs. 7000/- along with a demand draft of Rs. 750/- they stoped replying my mails as well as calls.A notice was served by me to them on 17-5-11 stating that a leagal action will be initiated by me against them.Now in the month of October 2011 they have sent a refund of Rs. 7000/- but my draft money of Rs. 750/- D.D. No. 506481 dt 07-04-11 is still with them which is also to be refunded by them.kindly take up this issue with them. Thanking you.
