    Default Goldstar Hospitality - False commitment

    Dear Sir,

    Me and my wife attended Gold Star Hospitality programme on the New year eve where the salesman Nayaz Alam promised us that by paying Rs. 15000 we will become trial member of Country Club and Mountain Club. Also as being a member of Country Club we can access the facilities of safdarjang club. The trial membership is for two years and if we are satisfied after 2 years we can join a full membership. On relying on the information we paid 15000 via credit card and subsequently he gave us an agreement which mentioned only Mountain Club. On asking why it does not mention Country Club, they replied that the Country Club card will come to us by post.

    HOwever when we did not received any card in next 2 weeks we followed up with Nayaz alam and gold star hospitality, which then said that the salesman has given us false information to meet their targets. We are not eligible for holidaying in country club properties and we will not get safdarjang club membership as well. They are not meeting what their salesman has promised nor are they returning our money.

    Please withdraw our complaint as Mr. Mushtqin Ahmed, Director of Gold Star Hospitality is refunding our money back to us.

    Request you to knidly remove this thread from the google.

    Default Consumer Court.in is a bogus site and does not give any feedback

    consumercourt.in is a bogus site with no human interface i believe - i have been trying to reach them but they have not given any contract number, address etc. and once posted a complaint on their website there is no way one can remove it.

    I appreciate the prompt action taken by gold star hospitality director mr. mustqin ahmed. He has refunded our money in full and have also fired the erring salesman. This shows the credibility from their side. We withdraw our compaint against the company and wish them all the best for their efforts.

    this is with regard to a voucher which i won after visiting the gold star hospitality.wHEN I CALLED UP FOR BOOKING AGAINST THE VOUCHER THEY REFUSED TO DO SO AS THEY NOT GIVING ANY BOOKING TO THE VOUCHER PEOPLE.IT SEEMS SOMEONE HAVE FOOLED UP THE PRECIOUS TIME OF MINE.

    Angry Gold Star Hospitality - False commitment

    n 28th July I have taken an Trail package (RED group) of Club group of Hotel at Jasola, Living style mall, shop no 111, 1st Floor, New delhi where Mr Sukesh Kohli has given me some commitment which is mentioned belowWhen I have confirmed the same from your Janakpuri & Kalkaji Headoffice then I found that I was cheated by your employees (Sukesh & Waseem)Please have a look on the below mentioned commitment vs. comparisonThe total amount of this trail package is 17000Mr. Sukesh Kohli has swapped my credit card worth Rs16500and told me that Rs 500 will be added as an processing fee and Total amount of Rs 17000 will be converted in to 6 equal EMIFew commitment Sukesh Kohli gives me1. Rs 17000 will be converted in to 6 equal EMI 2. In my Trail package I can use Auli – Clifftop Hotel from 25th Dec 2012 to 31st Dec 2012 (Sukesh has assured me that he will do the booking) 3. For booking I just need to inform them just 48 before in any season 4. I can take 2 more adults with me and in this case my one week will be divided in 3 nights 4 days and 2 studio apartment will be issued 5. At Auli- Cliff top hotel – I don’t need to pay the cable car cost 6. Near by location at cliff top hotel like flower valley, Hemkund sahib and other near place will be covered in this package and ciliff top hotel will provide the car and there will beno additional cost 7. In Full package company is giving 45 weeks in 30 year (1st year – 1 week, 2nd year – 2 weeks and on every alternate year I will get 2 weeks) 8. I can use any 5000 RCI resort free of cost in my membership 9. If I will not satisfied with the trial membership then company will give you one more week free of cost 10. Club group of hotel is having 35 own property in India and tie up with RCI 5000 resorts 11. In club group of hotels, company will provide you the car for local sight seen along with driver and that is free of cost, I only need to bear the Petrol costPost this membership when I confirm the same with Sachin (9958170346/ 011-26442700) & Rakesh sharma (011-25616679) got to know the below mentioned things1. Rs 17000 amount not converted in to EMI yet 2. In trial package I cannot do the booking in season hence booking at Clifftop hotel in Dec will not be done 3. Booking before 48 hrs is valid only on full membership not in trail membership 4. Yes you can take 2 more adults and your week will be divided in 3 nights 4 days 5. Who will bear the cable care cost – need to confirm 6. Free local sight seen at Auli – Need to be confirm 7. 45 weeks in 30 years in full membership – need to be confirm 8. If I will use RCI property then I need to pay Rs 6200 for a week 9. On non satisfaction case I will get one more week free of cost –need to be confirm 10. Club group of hotel is having only 4 property in India instead of 35 11. Free car along with driver for local sight seen, I only need to bear the Petrol costPlease go through the above mentioned comparison which clearly says that your employees are cheated to customers… Is this type of services you are providing to your customersI had a word with Mr Chandra(North head csutomer service), He told me tat in trail package you cannot take booking b/w 25th to 31st DecNow their Headoffice i.e. Janakpuri and Kalkaji have denied to do the booking at Auli from 25th Dec to 31st Dec for 1 couples and 29th Dec to 31st Dec for 2 couplesat Auli cliff top hotelI do not want this membership, Please return my money on priority i.e. Rs 16500I have also sent an email on customercare@ssrpl.com, info@ssrpl.com on 1st Aug however still not receive any revertWhen I called at customer care of Credit card, They told me that EMI has not been converted by the merchant and I need to pay the total amount of Rs 16500…I have shared my concern with Sukesh Kohli on 31st Aug and as per him they have sent an email and it will take 15 days to convert, How is it possible when credit card company is saying thatEMI hasto be made on the same day which was not done by the Merchant, On next day/after few days merchant cannot convert the amount into EMIOn 1st Aug, I called at your head office (011-25616679) and had a word with Mr. Rakesh (CCE), He told me that tie up with banks on EMI has been stopped however he will checkthesamePlease help and suggest how can i get my money backMembership number – GSH-J-143 Product pitched by – Waseem (8287756557) Supervisor – Sukesh Kohli (9958683881) Place from where I have taken the membership – Jasola, Living style mall, shop no 111, 1st Floor, New delhiRegards Raman Ahluwalia 9899918225
