The same thing was happened with me, I've cancelled Club Mahindra Mambership in December and now waitng for refund of
first installment since December. They keep on giving me new dates first in
January, then in Feb 1st week,3rd week, March, April, May 1st week and latest
promise is for May 10th.



I can just can reach to feedback department only by phone and I've written emails
to zone head but no reply from them.



I want to know how I can take them to the court,get my refund and stop them from
doing this with other people.They have big name in entertainment industry but
never thought they have such bad management.

Dear Sir,
I had wanted to become a Member of the Club Mahindra Resorts and had paid a down
payment of Rs 25,426 on March 30, 2009. However due to some emergency I had to
cancel the membership and the same was communicated to the company on April 15,2009
through e-mail. and had asked them to refund the money. Till date the company has
not refunded the money. On being contacted I was told that the money will not be
refunded. I am unable to understand on what account the money is being deducted
without having provided any services?? I was told that the money is Admission fee??
However nowhere in the form or the copy is there a mention of admission fee nor is
there any mention of what portion of the amount is admission fee. Do they mean that
if by mistake I had paid the full amount (about 2.55 lakhs) as the downpayment they
would not have refunded the amount. . The amount was taken from me as 10%
downpayment of the holiday time share resort. Since nowhere in the
printed rules and regulations does the company say that the downpayment will not be
refunded, I want my complete payment refunded. Kindly help me file a court case.
