Sir/Madam,
I booked a ticket of kingfisher airlines thru aerojet on 12 Dec 2010 (payment thru credit card). Journey date was 14th Jan 2011. The ticket is cancelled on 14 Jan in airlines counter. The refund is not yet credited.
I am very much unsatisfied with the response of customer care personnel. I have called at least 10 times regarding this. The answer given by people is never convincing. Tone of the reply is "call after two hours, accounts people are not here". "call after lunch" etc. I have never seen a call centre functioning like this.
Once they promised to call back and never did so.
To make the matters worse, a person named Neeraj gave me a number to call (01123555321) which is not existing. No one can tolerate this kind of cheating. kindly help me in this regard.
