Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the membership of RCI through Gold Crown Vacations pvt Ltd in Feb-2009.
They have charged in laks at that time and given me certificate and recipts for that.
other benefits related to investments and earning can be avail after membership card issue and details given to me as per promise, but after 2 years till today I have not received any membership card or any other details to get all those benefits.

also they are not responding fine on calls.

Please advise me how to get my money back from this agency.
