Flight booking cancellation refund not received I booked a ticket in makemytrip.com bearing booking ID "NF251332347741" using a Union bank of India debit card and later on cancelled it on 30/12/2010 bearing cancellation number "IN1012R0147627". After deduction of Rs. 1000, i was suppose to get 2779 within 7 working days of cancellation. But i haven't received it till date and when i contacted makemytrip.com, they are simply putting the blame on the bank. Please kindly help me with this situation.

With reference to your post, kindly note that your refund was processed on January 3, 2011. The Refund Reference Number (RRN) for the same is 036381640626. You are rerquested to contact your bank quoting the RRN as to why the amount is not reflecting in your account.
