    Unhappy Customer Needz

    This is an issue i am facing with an travel agent "Customer Needz". Customer needz has a head office in Bangalore. I have booked online tickets, where these tickets were not confirmed but the amount got debited to my account. I have tried twice and I lost Rs.8000/-. When I have contacted them, there was no proper response and they haven't confirmed any thing on reversal of the transactions.

    Would you please suggest on how I can get my money back.

    Beware of customerNeedz website. They are no.1 cheater in bangalore. Getting the money and but giving the tickets is the worst. Their customer care is the worst, i have ever seen. Stupid people

    Default Customer Needz fraud

    I had booked ticket to Coimbatore on 3rd June 2011 thru customer needz website in Conti travels. But the Conti travels agent is refused to accept the ticket mentioning that its fraud. He also mentined that customer needz is doing such fraud for more than 6 months. At the same time one more person came with the same seat number(21). Don't book ticket using customer needs. they are fraud. I think Conti travels also involved in this cyber fraud. as they are using their name to fraud, Why cant conti travels report this as fraud and close the website? whats happening? why no one is taking action? is there any way to handle this?

    Default Customer needz cheeting customers as well sub agents

    I am also a victim traped by customers, I paid Rs.15000/- non refundable amount to get the Franchise as travel agency. They are not lifting the phones, not giving replies for the mails and correspondence.Customer needz cheeting customers as well sub agents.Beware of customerNeedz website. They are no.1 cheater in bangalore
