On 10th Oct,2010 , I had booked a GoAir return ticket from Makemytrip.com(MMT) for Mumbai to Delhi(4th Dec,2010) and the return on 5th Dec. I got an eticket for both the tickets. But on the night of 5th December when I reached Delhi Airport, the GoAir officials informed me that there was no booking against the same e-ticket in their system. So I called up MMT's call centre where Mr. Rahul informed that a technical error had occurred on MMT system and he told me to book the next ticket to Mumbai on my own account. He mentioned specifically that the entire amount of the new ticket will be reimbursed by MakeMyTrip.

I sent them all the details on 7th december and since then I have called them many times and I have not received any confirmation against the same.

Whenever I call them up they say they will look it up and escalate it to the required level but nothing has happened. I was initially harassed when my ticket got cancelled and I am now being harassed unnecessarily by not being paid the amount within 7 days as they had promised.
