1. I feel this tour operator ( Channel vision- Ghurte Ghurte of Khardah, Kolkata -118 , phone: +913325010935, +919831121869, email: [email]channel4communication@gmail.com, owned by Achintya Chakraborty is unregistered. I am quite sure that this travel agent is unauthorized to carry out this kind of tour with 24 travellers.
2. The agent verbally promised us of quality hotels, good food and comfortable transport.
3. The hotels the agent provided (PEMCHAN in Pelling, PEMA D ZONG in Gangtok) are of worst qualities with no cleaning, stinking bathrooms, uncleaned (bad smelling) bed sheets, pillows. In a nutshell, we were forced to stay in total unhygenic rooms.
4. In our stay in Lachung, we were faced with worst stay and food. We were dumped inside small portion of a store. In the bathroom, there was only a bucket of water provided for our stay for entire nights for two. The indian style toilet was unusable. With chilling temperature outside, we were provided with least amount of protections and covers inside the room (forget about any heater). There was a hole in the wooden door from which chilling wind was coming inside the room for all the night. With repeated complaints, no body listened. We shivered with cold inside the room for the entire night.
5. The food was equally bad and we were given worst quality items. Sometimes, the food is rotten and foul smelling. We had to take our food outside most of the time though we paid for fooding, accommodation and transport.
6. When I complained, the travel agent along with its hotel manager (of PEMA-D-JONG in Gangtok) has attempted to physically assault me at Gangtok bus stand with one local goon. My wife trembled up with that incident and fell sick. We were threatened by the tour operator's man Bablu to keep shut otherwise we (me and my wife) will be deserted and face sever consequences.
7. There are many other things happened. if i write down everything, it will be very long.

If you want to take any action against this travel agent and need my assistance, I will be eager to see that this fraud get punished to the maximum extent possible. I request you to please see this matter seriously so that at least these kinds of travel agents cannot dupe the innocent customers like us who pay heavy amount for peaceful and comfortable holidaying.
