Heritage Holidays, sold me a package over phone. There were certain rules printed in the plan. A lot of of flexibility was promised at the time of selling me this package. In fact the selling sequence was as follows :
1. As the package was sold to me on phone I was apprehensive and was not willing to purchase. At that point I was told that I can cancel the purchase once I have received the packet and have read through.
2. I had expressed my unwillingness to buy the package once I had received the packet and had gone through the conditions in detail for this very reason that the terms and condition are not practical for me.
3. I was assured by your sales agent that there would be flexibility.
4. Subsequently when I found that things are not working out, I visited your office one day before the expiry date, 11 Jun 2010 and talked to the executive who met me, Meena. She took my details of the requirement and assured me that the same would be arranged.
However, the company has gone back on its promise a third time and has thrown the rule book at my face. Since I have already paid there is nothing much that I can do about it.
