I have also faced the same problem as you have seen in earlier complaints.
I am from Mumbai and i have got this call from Himanshu Desai on 27 July 2011 around 12:30 PM.
There was a long discussion happened in which they promised many things that will be provided to us,
especailly they fooled me with the saving card.In start they told me that you can avail the discounts in Shoppers stop, demart such type of departmental store, but after booking the order they said that we just told you that you can avail this type of discount in similiar type of malls but not in shopper stop
I have booked the product on 27 July 2011, still have not recevied.
I am thinking to do FIR against the company in a week time because whenever I call them there phone is always busy , niether they accept they are wrong nor they are ready to refund.
I dont know after so many complaints why no1 had gone to police for FIR, this is a real issue.
Lets have a step.what says.

We had discussed about the product for 1-1/2 hours in which he had mentioned about the benefits of the product in which one was money savour card.
While buying the product it was told to me that it can be used to me in malls such as shoppers stop life style and later on after I bought the product they said " we had told that this cards is valid in similiar types of mall not in the shopperstop, the way they fool customers is really horrible.
I request and beg you all never go for this product or whenever they give you a call, transfer the same thing to your nearest police station.
Now I am thinking to go file a FIR against this fraud against the company and executive Himanshu desai and Navneet Kaur and the no. which was mentioned to me to call back for any queries is 011 - 66078655.
And major thing is that till today I mean 18 August 2011 I have not received the product.
i request people to call me and to file the complaint against them in police station, we will take them to court and will make this company to enjoy holidays in jail
Moreover I request you to shutdown this company

I have got the same call but reading above problems I asked them the details about the fraud and they told that they are not charging any money for this and this is for specific customers. Anyways they tried to convince me that this is a genuine offer and totally free of cost. Still I was not convinced and I told I am not interested. I dont know whether they are right or wrong or whether I missed the offer.

In-fact your executive someone told me about money saver card which is completely free.Not by single sentence he told about Rs.4964/- will deduct from your ICICI card. I am shocked when i received the sms from ICICI that transaction of Rs 4964/- made for Heritage Holidays Pvt.Ltd.I had receive the call from 011147427100 (when dailing reply is number is not in use) & for any queries given.Otherewise i will take an action to the court itself.

Hi,

I received a call from the marketing executive and they told that nothing will be charged from my card for Heritage holidays. But to my surprise, they deducted Rs.4545/- from my card and sent the welcome kit. I asked for the refund of the amount and they told that amount will not be refunded. When I sent the voucher, they gave reply asking me to pay another Rs.7000/- for two days against each voucher which will be cheating. For 6 days, they asked me to pay Rs.21000/-. This is completely fraud company.
