Confirmed Flight found Cancelled (Makemytrip.com) Hi
This is another of the harassments by Makemytrip. I had a flight return flight booked on Air France and KLM from Delhi-Houston-Delhi for my wife and mother with Makemytrip reference no. NN251611378788 (Confirmed and payment made, I have proof for both). After the onward journey we realised that the return booking is cancelled by some technical problem in Makemytrip (as told by Makemytrip executive). Its only 1 week left for the flight and the fares have become so expensive that I cannot afford to buy one ticket now.
I have been calling Makemytrip but after long hours of hold I am just getting a response "our expert team is looking into it".
One executive Ravindra says he cancelled the flight after some time the same person says that flight is still confirmed and not to worry. Luckily I cross checked with the airlines and the booking was cancelled by Makemytrip.
I am really stuck now in the middle of nowhere, please suggest what to do.

Hello,
with reference to your post, since you were a "No Show" for your flight, as per the airline rules, the ticket cannot be reissued. You will be entitled to a refund for which our team has been attempting to contact you on the phone number provided at the time of booking but have been unable to connect.

Refund Flight Cancellation amount Flight "IT-2314" NewDelhi-Dehradun , Feb19,2012 got cancelled and iam suppose to receive the money back , which hasnt taken place.. I did the booking through makemytrip.com and the Booling ID - NF2203516084093. When I try to verify the "Check Refund Status" in the makemytrip.com -- its shocking to see the Airline PNR is mentioned as "MLOZAS" and the status showing as "Confirmed" , What does this mean ? To be clear on this , neither the airlines nor makemytrip has refunded the money to the bank...
Such cancellation and follow up after being stuck up nowhere in the middle of a journey is really embarrassing and losing faith from such tarvel agency/booking agency -- as I had to struggle a lot to reach Dehradun that day through other means..
Kindly provide me with the guidelines how to get back my money !!!
