Shri Raj Kishore Thakur,
Krishna Enterprises.
Registered Office,
8/897, Picnic Spot Road, Vikas Nagar,
LUCKNOW.
Dear Sir,
REG: TRAVEL PACKAGE OF MY FAMILY OF SIX FROM 06TH NOV-2010 TO 12TH NOV 2010.
I have just returned from the captioned trip. I shall like to bring to your kind notice that the package given to us was ill-conceived and planned miserably. Though, we had gone out for relaxation and holidaying and to have a nice time, I am sorry to inform you that we have come back horrified with my aged mother feeling tired and jaded. All this because of the trip handed-over to us which has no concern for comfort and the only idea which worked in your mind is to make maximum money at the expense of passengers comfort. Throughout, we had to face lots of problems, inconveniencies and discomfort, just because of your ill-conceived trip that you have given to us.
IMORTANT FACTS
• You were paid the entire amount, well-in advance as per the quotation given by you. In fact, payment was made more than one-month in advance.
• Most of the correspondences were made through e-mail and there is no scope of ambiguity anywhere.
• You did not deliver the package as per your quotation
• You changed dates at your will without consulting us
• On route to Agathi, you took us to Chennai, which is not en-route. Anyone going to Agathi from North-India either goes to Bangalore or to Cochin, which is nearest Airport to Agathi.
• From Chennai, we were the only family travelling to Agathi in the Indian Airlines flight that you had given us. Even the pilot of the Aircraft, Mr. Martin wondered as to why we were taking such a long-route that too when we had our aged mother travelling with us.
• Flight from Chennai to Agathi was cancelled on 07th Nov. 2010 and we were stuck at the Airport till Evening.
• If we had travelled from Cochin, we would have reached Agathi on 07th Nov. 2010 as none of the flights from Cochin to Agathi were cancelled on that day.
• At all the three stations, 3 rooms were not allotted to us as was promised to us. At Chennai and Bangalore, we had to wait for hours before the third room was finally allotted. At Agathi, only 2 small rooms were allotted. No deluxe rooms were allotted at Agathi as was promised to us. We had checked with the care-taker at Agathi Island Resort and also made him to talk to you on phone, which made it crystal-clear that you had never made any arrangements for 3 rooms in the first place.
• Throughout, you made false promises and claims which were not substantiated with the actual delivery at the sites that we visited. It is a clear case of CHEATING on gullible clients.
• No arrangements for sight-seeing were made at Chennai & Bangalore were made. Throughout the trip, I had to daily call you up several times to get the arrangements made and for every facility we lost valuable hours, just waiting for you to get the things done.
• There was not even a single day when we could enjoy our stay without any hassles. All your selection of flights, transport, hotel, food etc. was driven by just one motto of making the maximum profit by keeping the clients comfort at stake.
The above is just a short summary and I know that if I give a detailed account, the story of our agony shall run into several pages.
I demand the followings:-
1. An unconditional apology
2. Compensation for all the trauma that we had to go through because of your ill-planning
3. Compensation of not only the facilities that you could not deliver on-time but also compensation of the mental agony that you made us go through.
Mr. Raj Kishore Thakur, you have betrayed us literally and there are no words to describe the trouble that you put us through.
