My wife and myself signed up to this fraudulent company last year. Everything we were promised were lies. We were told that weekly rental for Royal Resorts property would amount to $80 but when we went to book it was 3 times more. Since the time we have complained they have only kept taking us in circles. Multiple requests to get the sales guy to call us have gone in vain.

They had the cheek to call us today and say that we will give you free accommodation in Goa and you go there and sort it out with the sales person. When i asked if they would cover the airfare to go there the manager from Indonesia said that I was not co-operating with them.

We have paid them Rs. 80000+ so far and I am so upset that even though there are so many complaints on this website they still seem to exist as a business in India, conning people every day. I am prepared to take them to court and sue them for all the money they owe us and others.

I hope the consumer forum can take these complaints seriously. As it is close to Goas busiest time I guess its the perfect hunting ground for companies like this at the moment.

I got a similar calls from them, someone by the name of swetha and neha. All the other details are the same as everyone else's. Thankfully i was saved because i look in to the website of royal vacation club where suddenly i found complaints about royal vacation club, otherwise even i would have been duped. But i would like to know if they have been black listed or not and if any action has been taken against them?

I got a call from the sales executive from Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt Ltd 15 days back, named NATASHA AND PUJA, saying that they are willing to buy my country vacation club holidays for 7 days which is reserved in my name and are willing to pay me Rs. 50000 for the same. I was told that I need to be a member of their club and for that I need to pay them 13332/- lifetime membership immediately. I was told that a DD of Rs. 50000 will be dispatched to me as soon as they receive the membership fees with in one day.

I had transferred the full membership fees of 13332/- within a day and have been waiting for the DD ever since, but it has not arrived. I got a confirmation email from them(Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt Ltd) that they have received my membership fees with number VOC 4567. However, now they are not replying to any of my calls and get answers like the concerned executive will call you back (which has not happened so far). receipt of the payment made.

The payment was made by direct deposite to said account and I have the transaction receipt which confirms that the payment has been made.

Below is the email conversation so far. Please help to either get the Rs 50000 or get the amount 13332/- that I have transferred to this fraud company + the money that I have spent calling them everyday.
