Default Charging Money For the use of Thomas Cook voucher to be expired on 30th September.

    Sir/mam,
i have recieved two vouchers from Thomas cook India.
i have authority to use the vouchers. I have booked the tour Europe on A Budget but the Uk visa got refused ,
THE COMPANY IS ASKING FOR THE CHARGES 11000 INR Per person for further claim for voucher use , as i am asking the details for ticket cancellation and hotels cancellation, they are not giving me details and its clearly mentioned the that not even a single penny ids going to be spend on voucher.
As i am a Delhi resident and i have courier the vouchers to Mumbai office, am unable to contact .
They are not co-operating with me , speaking rudely and not wanting to use the voucher.
I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possibble. as, dates are going to be expired.
    Thanking you,
    Yours truly,
    Mukul Malhotra

Well, it completely depends on what are those vouchers for. Those vouchers might not be covering all the expenses for sure and in the process the company in this case Thomas Cook India must have paid for some of the expenses on your behalf. Its not the company's fault that your visa was denied, but some expenses must have occured from their end and also your end.
